[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 1-14

Hello All,

Despite the unfavorable solar conditions there were some decent TP signals here this morning. 972-HLCA had a nice peak at 1543 with Korean YL pop music, and both 603-China and 1134-KBS had their moments of fair audio. 1566-HLAZ and 1575-VOA were down in strength from their usual levels, however. These were heard indoors (during 25 degree cold) on the backup C.Crane SWP 7.5" Slider Ultralight and early-model 8" FSL antenna.
