As Dennis observed, HLAZ-1566 stuck around this morning, in 
fact,  there was a fade up to weak choral mx at 1716UT today, with a 
weak carrier still in at 1830UT.    Enhancement seemed quite late, 
and limited to the very top of the band.   Lower band signals peaked 
before 1500UT I think.


pretty darn good audio (all of it understandable by a native speaker, at least
briefly):

1566 HLAZ man in CC talking 1555UT, still pretty good on the hour


reasonable audio  at  times during the period (much of it understandable by a
native speaker, though often battling w/splash or noise):

1575 VoA "this is the Voice of America, Washington, DC" by man quite 
clear at 1600UT
1593 CNR1 man talking //6175 and 6125, best at 1556UT



not so reasonable audio, occasional words or phrases in splash or 
noise could be
understood by a native speaker:

828 JOBB woman talking JJ //774 1439UT


Burbles in the splatter and noise (if lucky, language might be guessed at by
cadence of talk, or parallel established by changes in talk or music) :

594 man in JJ inflected talk, 1450UT
774 woman talking //828 1439UT
1116 slow mx, CC inflected talk by man 1441UT
1287 faint pop mx and woman talking, 1543UT
1422 slow singing by man at 1551UT, hard to get audio from this, even 
though carrier is often quite strong
1503 man talking 1542UT, but 594 long gone by now, so no //

Strongish het, no audio (either undermodulated or ravaged by splatter):
