Another morning to piggyback onto Dennis' report, as there wasn't 
much heard here, and certainly less than he did.

I started monitoring before 1400UT, and finally threw in the towel 
about 1520UT.   Fair audio a few times  from JOUB-774 and very poor 
audio from 1566 after 1500UT, 
and...that...was...about...it.   Definitely a morning to be paid by 
the hour for DXing rather than for the amount of DX heard.
