[IRCA] TP DX for 11 Nov

I recorded the band today from 1228 to 1440 UTC.  Conditions were the 
best of the past several days.

There were two distinct openings.  Most of the band peaked around 1315 
and died off soon after that.  However, the upper part of the dial 
didn't show much life until after 1400, when several carriers made their 
first appearances of the morning. Some of them produced audio.  The more 
noteworthy of those carriers were on 1404 1413 1431 1422 1494 1503 1512 
1557 1566 1575 1593 and 1602.

Oddly enough, there was a carrier on 1476 (presumably China) that peaked 
at about 1320 but wasn't heard during the later opening.  A couple of 
signals (1557 1566 1575) took part in both enhancements.

Here's what I found after going through the SDR files

Pretty decent audio for short periods of time
774 JOUB, weather, local ID, language lesson 1320
972 HLCA good w/KK talk 1252, discussion and music 1321, still producing 
audio (talk) 1512
1566 HLAZ church service 1318

Somewhat OK audio for short periods of time
693 JOAB fair with weather 1307
747 JOIB fair pips & wx 1300
750 KFQD ID jingle & CBS nx 1300 mixing with 2 other stns
819 DPRK sometimes getting past local KGNW w/KK talk 1304
1422 JORF not heard until 1507, then YL talk fair, later switched to cl 
mx, audio gone by 1520

Bits of stuff in the noise and splatter
567 faint talk during pauses in KVI splatter 1304
594 JOAK weak talk 1239
702 2 carriers, growl and bits of talk 1309, presumably DPRK and NHK
828 JOBB wx poor 1304
864 traces of audio 1314
981 China, talk during pauses in CKNW splat 1247 1319
1206 Yanbian, KK talk poor 1305 on 1205.96
1413 trace audio 1514
1503 faint talk 1520, undoubtedly Japan
1593 audio poking through KLFE splat at times 1520, not sure if JJ or CC
