[IRCA] Oklahoma TP DX 11/04/12

It was definitely a good morning for sleeping late here. In other words, it was a lousy morning for TP DX. The only Asian signal heard were hets on 558 and 774 kHz. The 
signal on 774 disappeared after 1155 GMT. Meanwhile, there were hets from DU on 702 and 891 kHz. Both were strongest just before sunrise.
