Hello Guys:
At 0008 EDT on NOV/01/12 I have a Station on 1550 Khz in FRENCH. It is in Parallel to CBEF 540 "La Premiere Chaine" from Windsor, Ontario!! I am assuming that the 1550 Transmission is a TEST TRANSMISSION for the imminent Switch from 540 Khz to 1550 Khz. I don't think I am receiving the Quebec Station on 1550 Khz due to the signal strength ...it appears to be Windsor!!
