[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 31 Oct 2012

     October certainly didn't go out with a bang as far as TPs went at 
this location.  Only the Korean on 1566 produced any audio this morning. 
 It was fair, bordering on good at times, but that was it.  972 had a 
decent carrier, but that couldn't be said for the regular Japanese, 
which were quite feeble.
     Heard much more audio tonight from the TAs.
