[IRCA] KTRP 1260 Weiser, Idaho

A tip from Glen Hansen that KTRP 1260 Weiser ID, seems to be on daytime power during the evening. Last night it was dominating 1260, daytime power is 8,400 watts is night time power of 36.  C&W format is now on top of the channel this evening covering up 50,000 watt CFRN Edmonton ESPN programming.  I'm recording the channel in hopes to catch a ID.
