[IRCA] Alberta TP/DUs for 6 Oct 2012

    I found the TPs significantly down on yesterday, with audio from 
only a few.  (Japan on 594,774,828, Korea on 1566, and VOA Thailand on 
1575).  Once again VOA went against the trend, as it was actually better 
than yesterday.  Obviously some factor is at work there that I don't 
understand!  Very similarly to yesterday I had a high band opening to 
Australia a few minutes before sunrise. Quite a number of tantalizing 
carriers above 1400 khz, but the only audio was very feeble, on 1539, 
1593, 1611, and 1629.  Carriers at "almost audio" levels on 1422,1638, 
and 1701.
