[IRCA] Today's TP DX - 4 Oct

Another decent morning here, with several stations producing decent 
audio.  Taiwan 1557 didn't make an encore today, but both Nome stations 
put in respectable appearances.  Some of the high powered NHK stations 
were doing nicely too.

There were lots of carriers today, more than yesterday.  Some would have 
produced audio if it weren't for domestic splatter.

Here's what the SDR recording captured between 1245 and 1415 UTC

Good audio completely understandable by native speaker at times
747 JOIB nice signal with weather //774 1316
750 KFQD 1305, local ad, 5:05 TC, then local news dominating the channel
774 JOUB quite good with weather //747 1316
780 KNOM 1303 woman with regional weather, mixing with KKOH
850 KICY, 1259 overpowering local KHHO, ID by a local teenager "hi, I'm 
xxx from xxx, and you're listening to KICY Nome", into religious pgm.  
Strongest Alaskan at the time.
890 KBBI ending BBC WS pgm 1259, then ID.  Faded u/CJDC for a couple of 
minutes, but back with what sounded like NPR news 1302
972 KBS, good with man and woman in KK 1348
1566 HLAZ, 1343 woman in Japanese, quite good

Fair audio, bits of it might've been understandable by a native speaker
