[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-30

Hello All,

The month closed out with a fizzle here this morning as TP-DX was in a transition between normal and auroral conditions, with both directions equally miserable. 738-Tahiti did manage poor audio under KCBS splatter around 1338, and there was a weak rally by several Chinese stations late at 1350 to allow poor audio from 603-Hulun Buir, 639-CNR1 and 1377-China (the same mystery station as yesterday). Other than these ghostly die-hards the TP's were completely missing in action.
