Listening twice this morning, 0945-1033 utc & 1336-1400 utc. Australian station on 1116 heard, assuming 4BC. Guessing on China on 1116 from 1022-1033 utc.No dawn enhancement here is morning.  

153    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1013 fair signal with static crashes. Woman in Russian. HPAW. 09/27/2012

279    RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1015 good signal with woman in Russian. HPAW. 09/27/2012

594    JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1342 weak signal with woman/man in Japanese. NW ewe. 09/27/2012

693    JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1335 fair signal with moderate splatter. Woman in Japanese. NW ewe. 09/27/2012

774    JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 0945-0958 "fair signal with Radio English Conversation" Program. Signal had a deep fade out from 0952-0955 then back with good signal before another fade for 2 minutes. 1345 good signal with woman in Japanese. NW ewe. 09/27/2012


828    JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1336 good signal with woman in Japanese. NW ewe. 09/27/2012 

972    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, 1339 HLCA weak signal with moderate splatter. Woman in Korean. NW ewe. 09/27/2012

1008   UNKNOWN, 1347-1248 man in Asian language talking slow. NW ewe. 09/27/2012

1116   CHINA? 1020 weak signal in Asian language. China broadcasts to Taiwan at this time. Station 600 kw directional. Just a guess. Faded around 1022 with Aussie taking over. 


1116   AUSTRALIA, 4BC? 1022-1033 in and out weak signal with man and woman talking. Moderate splatter. Did not match 3AK live stream. Seemed to match 4BC live stream?
