[IRCA] TP DX in Seattle - 26 Sept

It was another so-so morning here.  KFQD had a monster signal, totally 
swamping the Portland station, and the 972 station had its usual good 
strength.  Otherwise, it was a rather unexciting session.

Here's what the recording revealed between 1247 and 1353 UTC

Really good audio
KFQD-750 strong with local weather, "103.7 FM and 750 AM, KFQD" ID 1343
KBS-972 good at times with the usual variety show in Korean

Less than exciting audio, but maybe a native speaker could have 
understood some of it
