[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 9-23

Hello All,

Compared to yesterday there was a TP-DXing improvement here, but almost all of the recovery went to three Asiatic mainland big guns (972-HLCA, 1566-HLAZ and 1575-VOA). The Chinese on 603, 639, 738 (Taiwan), 936, 1044 and 1377 didn't benefit much from the improved solar conditions, and the Japanese big guns didn't sound so big, either. Like Dennis I noticed a huge signal in and out from 1575-VOA, although even they (along with 972-HLCA and 1566-HLAZ) had signals that went up and down like a roller coaster. In general, it was fairly lackluster TP-DXing morning. Congratulations to Richard in Oklahoma for his momentary reception of 747-JOIB audio-- quite an accomplishment during these modest Asiatic conditions.
