[IRCA] Alberta TP/DUs for 22 Sep 2012

    Hardly a stellar TP moning, but a slight improvement from 
yesterday, as at least I had some audio.  Japan on 774 was fair by 1240, 
and 747 followed a few minutes later.  Both, however, were short term 
visitors, and had vanished by 1300.  That was it for audio, although 
most of the carriers had increased strength compared to yesterday.  Nil 
from DU today.
