[IRCA] Alberta TP/DUs for 13 Sep 2012

     All those TPs from yesterday completely vanished today, with not a 
trace of any audio from Asian.   I did note a few channels with audio 
(702,774,819,828,891), but all were from Australia.  All were very weak, 
with the exception of 702, which was quite decent at times, especially 
around 1245.
