[IRCA] Oklahoma TP 9/12/12

There was no trace of signals from Asia this morning
(9/12/12). However, there
was a noticeable het on 702 (possibly from 2BL) with
a weaker one detected on
891 kHz. Receiver: PL-310 with 7-inch FSL.
