Based on my terrible experiences in Wilmington, I would say 2x1450-1290, if  
my math is right.  There are quite a few of these I have found downtown.

Just thinking again, there is a very strong Fox Sports station in
Wilmington DE on 1290- WWTX.  Could be an image or a spur from that on
1610.
