DU conditions down from yesterday with the exception of Radio Polynesie 738 with a Good signal at 1253.
Top TP station was HLAZ 1566 with a fair signal.  Russian long-wave signals were weaker this morning.

153       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1230 fair with music.
279       RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1231 weak with music. 
594       JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 weak signal with man in Japanese.  NW ewe.
738       TAHITI, Radio Polynesie 1244 poor signal on Sky wire loop. Good signal at 1253 with French speakers.
                  Man singing followed.  Splatter down this morning.  
774       JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1227 poor signal with splatter on NW ewe.
828       JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1242 poor signal on NW ewe.
846       Level 5 het NW ewe 1233.
891       LEVEL 5 het and open carrier on 990 1257.
1071      Level 5 het NW ewe 1235.
1098      Level 5 het NW ewe 1237.
1566      REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ fair signal at 1238 with woman in Japanese.
