[IRCA] WNXT - 1260

Hi All:

While WYPC, 1330, Wellston, has been back on for a week now, I'm not hearing a pieep out of WNXT, 1260, Portsmouth.  The channel is completely empty.  They protect Cleveland, so we're in their null here, but they are usually audible at about the same level as WCHO, 1250, Washington Court House and WHIZ, 1240, Zanesville.  All the power is back on now.  I wonder if a) they had tower damage, b) I'm having a problem with interference on that channel, or c) if they're a casualty of the terrible economy in that part of the state.  If even WPAY-FM couldn't make it....
