Hi Dennis,

Thanks for your daily TP and DU reports, which are very interesting.

The poor propagation doesn't sound very encoraging, but I'll be pushing 
my luck with Ultralight radios and FSL antennas on the Oregon coast 
around Yachats for the next 4 days, temporarily joining you, Steve and 
Nick in suffering through the miserable TP-DXing conditions. Maybe we 
will get lucky, and things will turn around? :-)

Listened from 1205-1250 utc.  Only audio was from Tahiti on 738 utc. 
 Best
signal ever heard here and still
being heard at 1248.  Noise from lighting in the Cascade mountain range 
present.
  

738     TAHITI, 1208 fair for about 32 minutes with man in French. 
Faded back in
splatter.  1225 with
                fair signal with man in French and not much splatter. 
Good
signal 1238 with two men 
                in French. Best on Sky wire loop, but heard on all four
antennas. 
729     Level 4 het 1228
774     Level 4 het 1214
828     Level 4 het 1215
891     Level 4 het 1229
1008    Level 4 het 1216
1503    Level 4 het 1217
1566    Level 5 het 1218
1611    Level 4 het 1218
