[IRCA] TP's and DU's for Tuesday July 17, 2012

Listened from 1205-1250 utc.  Only audio was from Tahiti on 738 utc.  Best signal ever heard here and still
being heard at 1248.  Noise from lighting in the Cascade mountain range present.   

738     TAHITI, 1208 fair for about 32 minutes with man in French. Faded back in splatter.  1225 with
                fair signal with man in French and not much splatter. Good signal 1238 with two men 
                in French. Best on Sky wire loop, but heard on all four antennas.
