Hi Nick,

That alternative Perseus software we discussed earlier reads out carrier
measurements to four decimal places. I don't remember the exact, claimed
accuracy at the moment, but I think it was 0.2 Hz. (after auto-calibration
to a station >1000 kHz with a known accurate offset).
