[IRCA] Loran-C back on 100 KHz- Oops!

Just heard from Craig Healy in Providence that he is not receiving it so we can 
retty much rule out Nantucket.  I can't check right now because I am at work in 
oston.  I will know for sure when I get home as the Nantucket transmitter was 
lways LOUD on the Cape!

've noticed that a Loran-C signal is back on 100 KHz although weaker 
an the one from Caribou, ME I was used to hear at my location before 
s closure in Sept. 2010.
