[IRCA] Loran-C back on 100 KHz

Sylvain,

Just heard from Craig Healy in Providence that he is not receiving it so we can pretty much rule out Nantucket.  I can't check right now because I am at work in Boston.  I will know for sure when I get home as the Nantucket transmitter was always LOUD on the Cape!

I've noticed that a Loran-C signal is back on 100 KHz although weaker 
han the one from Caribou, ME I was used to hear at my location before 
ts closure in Sept. 2010.
Any idea where it could be coming from?
