[IRCA] NE Oregon Saturday TPs

I woke up earlier this morning, and LWBC Rossii doing well, most 
frequencies heard for several months. Also eventually heard on the ULR 
for first TP reception with FSL. DU heard just before sunrise fadeout. 
(Most of the session spent with the ULR trying to hear anything offshore.)
567 Asian very poor/poor 1312 utc
891 5AN Australia with Sunday C&W program (heard before), 1351 utc weak 
for several minutes then gone, with 890 Idaho coming on at 1400.
LWBC Rossii 153, 180, 189, 234, 279 all poor to weak, best heard in 
several months. 1232 utc. (180 signs off 1300 utc.) 153, 189, 279 even 
better an hour later with 279 heard on the ULR with FSL listening 
indoors at 1330 utc.
