[IRCA] 650, 670, 710 Latin unIDs

Any thoughts on the following Latin unIDs, received Feb 11-14? Audio clips posted online at: www.wtfda.info/showthread.php?6979-650-670-710-990-Latin-Spanish-unIDs 650 - Latin music ends, then talk in 
  Spanish. Not Rebelde, which I checked on 5025, because I actually need 650 
  Rebelde. My hunch is Venezuela or Colombia (both of which have been logged 
  here before).

670 - Spanish before a song, not parallel to Rebelde 
  5025, and it's almost always Rebelde alone here when Spanish. Tonight, Rebelde 
  was in behind another Spanish-language station. My best guesses are Radio 
  Rumbos in Venezuela or Miami FL.

710 - Spanish in same circumstances - 
  not Rebelde, which was also in and out. My mystery station may have mentioned 
  Venezuela.
