I've seen a couple other midwestern loggings of this during the wee hours. I suspect this circumstance may be a glitch causing day power to be on sometimes at night. Can western DXers confirm?
KXNT had some severe pattern issues back in 2004 due, I recall to metal building interference. I don't recall whether they had an STA.
