[IRCA] 860 KKOW Pittsburg KS

At 2115 CST I am hearing 860 KKOW Pittsburg KS just dominating here, at a  
signal level greater than normally dominant CJBC. This station normally does 
 quite well at SSS, but is never heard at night (most of its directional 
night  signal goes west and south, away from me), so I suspect day  
facilities. Format is Classic Country and slogan is "Classic Country 860  AM."
