[IRCA] KRSN Test update.

Do far we've had verifiable reports from CA, AZ, CO, NE and OK. A
couple of listeners used the remote tuner in Grand Junction CO.
QSL cards will be sent soon.


Here's a spectrogram of the sweep tone used on the KRSN test, as heard
in northern Colorado
