[IRCA] KRGS 690 western CO logged in IL

I'm still carefully going over Perseus captures from the fine DX night of Jan 7. At 1900 CST I found a weakish ID on 690 (KTSM had faded down thnakfully) as KRGS Rifle and another AMer mentioned. Then some ESPN pgmg.

I am wondering if they have a PSSA or if anyone has noted them leaving day power on at night but even at 900 watts, this being over 1000 miles away, is a fine catch for me.
