As Paul W. mentioned, KVSH signs off nightly at 2300 ELT, and they still include the SSB (as they did last night, when they were coming in well under KPSZ).  Outside of KFAB and KRVN, that's probably the best bet for Nebraska for eastern DXers these days.

T'was definitely Joe Cocker and not Alex Chilton singing.   
 
KVSH would be nice, as that is one that I'd like to finally hear before Montreal returns to ruin the frequency.   But I think it would have been too early for Nebraska anyway.
 
Sounds like it was indeed WGRP as they have changed formats from K-Love.  Listening to their webstream now as they go from Tony Orlando & Dawn into Bob Dylan.
