[IRCA] 1600-1610khz pulsing noise

Recorded on 1605khz all night.  The pulsing noise
reported earlier between 1600 and 1610khz abruptly ended
at 05 02 CST (12 02 UT).

If this is a jammer
from Cuba who are they trying to jam?
