[IRCA] TP's for Monday 12/19/11

Upper channels signals were down from previous mornings with
the exception of HLAZ which had a good signal at 1529. 1503 JOUK 
managed a fair signal.  With the Winter Solstice on Thursday at 0530 utc
in the Northern Hemisphere (summer solstice Southern Hemisphere)  
the days will be getting longer and TP dxing times shorter.  

153     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1445 weak signal with below program.
189     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1440-1443 good signal with woman singing.
594     JAPAN, JOAK 1458 good signal with splatter from KUGN, woman
           talking accompanied by music in back ground,
774     JAPAN, JOUB NHK 2 1447 weak signal with woman/man in Japanese.
828     JAPAN, JOBB NHK 2 1527 weak signal with woman in Japanese.
1287   JAPAN, JOHR 1553 weak signal with man in Japanese.
1503   JAPAN, JOUK NHK 1 1540-1545 weak to fair signal at times. Japanese
           talk and singing.  Much better signal than JOAK // 594.  + Fair signal at
           1551 with woman in Japanese.  
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1450 weak signal with man/woman in 
           Chinese.  + Good signal at 1529 with singing.
1575   THAILAND, VOA 1530 very weak signal with woman in Asian language.
1602   JAPAN, 1548 probably the station with level 3 carrier, would be hard
           to hear this station with KOHI S-9+55 db signal on 1600 kHz.
