[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Sunday

A lot poorer than yesterday, but hard to top my yesterday's TP receptions. 
Mostly mid to high band with all but high band going away after about 1520 
utc. 1575 VOA really came up after 1530 and was by far the best signal, 
lasting to about 1545 utc. All Asian.
1098 very poor 1512 utc
1116 very poor/poor
1206 very poor
1377 very poor/poor 1517 utc
1557 Taiwan with EE talk very poor/poor 1526
1566 poor 1518 utc
1575 Asian pop music very poor, 1520; VOA with talk weak 1533
1593 presumed China poor/weak 1521
1602 very poor 1522

LWBC Rossii--woke up too early, caught 180 signoff at 1300 utc. 153, 171, 
189, 279 at times, 153 the best. As yesterday, traces of 164 Mongolia.
