[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 12-18-11

Got up late today at 1418 utc and conditions was the best in a very long time and like the last few weeks all action was on the top part of the band.  No audio on the bottom part of the band but audio was heard on 1548, 1557, 1566, 1575 and 1593.  The best audio was on 1593 and all other audio was just above the noise level.
