[IRCA] TP for 16 Dec 2011 from Victoria: Wow!

I'm cheating a bit, since I didn't have much time to monitor seriously
yesterday (it's Saturday as I type this).  I must have had what Steve heard
this morning.  Not a great morning up here.  Instead, yesterday was superb
listening to 3 Perseus wav files between 15:16 and 15:30 UTC.  The band was
really alive, especially the upper half, with most frequencies at
threshold.  I'm sure on the coast, things would have been hopping!  SF 124,
A 0, K (12:00) 0 with no space weather.  "6" unless otherwise noted:
