[IRCA] TP's for Wednesday 12/14/11 (big improvement)

Condition started out rather poor, but improved at 1500 utc to the best of this December.
Upper channels far superior to the lower channels.  Almost bailed out before 1500 utc, happy
I stuck around.  Will be interesting to read what other TP Dxers received.  HLAZ 1566
was still in with weak signal at 1607 utc.

153     RUSSIA. Radio Rossii 1438-1440 fair signal with man in Russian.
189     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1442 fair signal with man in Russian.
279     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1443 good signal with man in Russian.
594     JAPAN, JOAK NHK 1 1528 fair signal with piano music and domestic splatter.
774     JAPAN, JOUB NHK 2 1516  fair signal with Japanese and a little splatter.
828     JAPAN, JOBB NHK 2  1518 weak signal with Japanese.
1377   CHINA, CRN 1 1540 weak to fair signal at times with domestic splatter.
1386   JAPAN, JO?? NHK 2 1539 weak signal with Japanese.
1422   JAPAN, JORF 1515 weak signal with man in Japanese.  + good signal at times 1537.
1557   TAIWAN, WYFR  1534 believed to be the station with weak signal and music?  Only heard once
           at former Salmon Creek location.  
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1446 fair signal with woman in Chinese. + Good signal at 1513.
1575   THAILAND, VOA 1511 fair signal with man in Asian language.  + Good signal at 1530.  Some English
           but mostly Asian language report.
1575   UNKNOWN 1543 weak under VOA with singer accompanied by piano.  Wonder what station? 
1584   UNKNOWN 1548 two carriers with levels around 5, but not audio.
1593   CHINA CRN 1 1531 weak signal with Chinese bumper music and a lot of splatter from KOHI
          S-9 +65 db signal.
