[IRCA] TP"s for Monday 12/05/11

I took Sunday morning off from the dials, should have also took this 
morning off too.  Conditions poor here, weak us the strongest signal
on the MW band and only two Japanese powerhouse were heard.


153     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1425 fair signal with music then faded.
189     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1446 weak signal with piano music.
279     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1427 poor signal with piano music.
774     JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1432 poor signal with woman in Japanese.
828     JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1437 weak signal with woman in Japanese.
