[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs (lack of), Monday

Unusual today for lack of almost any MW hets; usually there are lots of hets 
just not much audio. High end 1566, 1575, 1593 had hets, very poor; only 
hints of hets anywhere else.
But LWBC Rossii 189 doing well, listened until 1500 signoff.
