[IRCA] Arizona TP's for 12-4-11

Listened from 1340-1415 UTC and no carriers or audio was heard.  I did hear CFFR-660 way under KTNN-660 this is the second time I have heard CFFR the other time was when KTNN was off the air two years ago.
