[IRCA] TP's for Friday 12/02/11

The only surprise this morning was China on 639 and is the most
consistent Chinese station heard here this season.  China 1593 not
heard much lately.  Only one Russian long-wave heard this morning.

153     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1422-1428 fair signal with woman in Russian.
594     JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1435-1442 weak signal at 1440 with music, then
           faded in moderate splatter.
639     CHINA, CRN1 1443-1451 weak audio at 1448 with man/woman in Chinese.
279     RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1428 fair with above program.
774     JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1430 fair signal with English/Japanese conversation.
           + Good signal at 1501.
828     JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1432 weak signal with above program. + Good signal 
           at 1459.  
1422   JAPAN, JORF 1505-1510 weak audio at 1508 with music followed by man in
          Japanese. 
1566   REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ 1433 weak signal with woman in ? language.
