Conditions were about the same as yesterday morning.  JOUK 1503 was 
heard again along with China on 639.  


153      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1440 fair signal with woman in Russian.
189      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1443 weak signal.
279      RUSSIA, Radio Rossii 1444 fair signal with man in Russian.
594      JAPAN, JOAK NHK1 1445 weak signal with man in Japanese.
639      CHINA, CRN1 1428 very weak with bits of audio getting through.
657      DPR OF KOREA, 1446 very weak signal with bits of audio at times.
            Weak signal with woman singing.
693      JAPAN, JOAB NHK2 1517 fair signal at times with Tuba song.
774      JAPAN, JOUB NHK2 1451 fair signal with man in Japanese.
828      JAPAN, JOBB NHK2 1455-1401 very weak with Japanese.
1503    JAPAN, JOUK NHK1 1530-1532 weak with man in Japanese. // 594.
1566    REPUBLIC OF KOREA, HLAZ fair signal with woman in Chinese.
           Good signal at 1529.
