[IRCA] Alberta TPs for 27 Nov 2011

   Conditions took a dip here today, with things very poor when I first 
checked at 1425.   The only TP with any audio was 693 (which oddly 
enough didn't reach audio the last couple of days), and even 594 and 774 
were only fair carriers at best.  594 did make audio about 10 minutes 
later, but 747, 774, and 828 never made it.   On the positive side, the 
upper end of the band showed a bit of life.  Had audio, though none very 
strong, from China 1593, S.Korea 1566, JORF Japan 1422 and traces from 
an unID on 1314.
