[IRCA] TP for 25 November, 2011 from Victoria: down a bit

Listened this morning from 14:56 to 15:25.  While conditions appeared very
promising earlier (I was at the dials at 14:35, but was busy reading
emails) according to Nick's DX Fishbarrel, things seemed to tank, just as I
was ready to jump into monitoring.  KINY 800, Juneau was down compared to
yesterday morning, for example.  Some DU activity noted.  SF 137, A 5, K
(12:00) 0.  No space weather.
