[IRCA] TP for 24 November, 2011 from Victoria: Not a bad morning!

Sorry to be a day late on this one, but had to rush out the door early.
Listened from 15:03 to 15:16 UTC only.   I was pleased with the improvement
on Thursday morning here in Victoria.  This season, I haven't followed
Alaskans, but ran across an excellent, strong ID for KINY 800 at 15:03, way
over any closer domestics.  Didn't check for any of the others due to time
constraints.  SF 140, A 6, K (12:00) 3.  No space weather.  "6" unless
otherwise noted:

529:  7 level SQM
747:  7 level NHK2
774:  7.5 level NHK2
792, 801
828:  7 level NHK2
954:  7 level
972
1098:  OC 7 level
1116, 1287, 1314, 1386, 1494
1557:  7 level WYFR
