Congratulations on your reception of Radio France
162. Next time check for Europe 1 on 183 and Radio
Monte Carlo 216 kHz. They are often heard in
Oklahoma when France is heard. Also, Medi 1 from
Morocco on 170. In four decades of DXing on the long
wave band I've rarely heard the BBC 198.
