[IRCA] Puyallup, WA Ultralight TP's for 10-20

Hello All,

Excellent longwave conditions from 0700-0900 brought in all 5 Radio
Rossii stations (153, 180, 189, 234 and 279 kHz) at good levels and
both Mongolians (164 and 209 kHz) strong enough to parallel at
threshold levels. The good LW conditions turned fairly mediocre before
sunrise, though, with the only the 189, 234 and 279 Rossiis at fair
levels and the Mongolians barely there around 1330.

Despite the reports from Dennis and Richard some Asian mainland TP's
had vibrant signals here this morning on medium wave, including a very
awful-sounding 738-BEL2 with buzzing hum.
