[IRCA] TPs for 29Sept2011 from Victoria: Good DU conditions

Unlike Nigel, conditions in Victoria were actually quite good and
exclusively DU.  All the contacts were made using my West directed corner
fed loop.  I had lots of audio between 13:09 and 14:02 UTC, and clearly
better than Nick on the other side of town, even though he's only 2 or 3 km
from me, but clearly a more Asiatic friendly location than mine.  SF was
133, A 27 (again disturbed conditions!), and a K index at 12:00 of 3.
 Moderate storms the past, and none predicted for the next 24 hours.  As
always, a 6 unless otherwise noted:

LW:  nada

612:  Finally faded up to 8 level at 13:50.  Just a 6 earlier.  4QR Brisbane
621:  7 level with mostly music.  ? ABC National, Melbourne 3RN?
675:
702:  8 level talk show at 13:14  2BL Sydney
756:  7 level with music at 13:23  Either ABC National 3RN Wangaratta or
possibly RNZ National, Auckland.  More likely the former?
774:  7 level // 702 3L0 Melbourne.
792:  7 level with EZL music at 13:35  4RN Brisbane.
819:  13:59
837:  late at 13:52
846:  7 level  DU
836, 954, 963:  all 6 level late at 13:53
1008:  8 level 2TAB, Brisbane at 15:55
1017, 1026:  both 6 level late at 15:55
1098:  7 level OC
1116:  8.5 to 9 level at 13:29 with call-in program.  4BC Brisbane.
1152, 1179 (late at 14:00), 1242 (late at 14:00)
1251:  7 level music over cochannel talk.  Most likely Rhema and ?.  14:00.
1314, 1413, 1503
1512:  2RN Newcastle at 8 level at 14:00
1584:  EZL music at 13:33 at 7 level.  ? who
1611

That's it for this morning.  Not bad at all!  A good dawn enhancement from
DU.
