[IRCA] NE Oregon TPs, Monday--good DU

Quite an amazing morning, all Down Under, but so many of them heard, most 
fist time for me! Just about every channel had strong het at first, I ran 
out of time trying to see if there was audio on them all. 1116 4BC the main 
star for volume today, eclipsing usual 891 5AN/4TAB but 5AN finally won at 
the end when 1116 faded and 891 still audible. 891 het still faintly audible 
at 1430 utc.
Audio in order of appearance, 1323 utc on, all DU: 594 poor, discussing 
volcanoes; 792 poor; 819 very poor/poor; 855 poor/weak, same program as 819; 
891 4TAB and 5AN mixing, weak, one fading up as the other faded down; 936 
poor/weak, discussing Palestine; 945 very poor/poor DU talk; 954 very poor 
DU talk 1336 utc; 1116 4BC with pop music program, medium level/sync AM, 
1338 utc; 1143 poor/weak DU, pop music; 1152 very poor DU talk; 1161 poor DU 
talk 1340 utc; 1206 very poor DU talk; 1548 weak DU talk despite heavy 1550 
splatter, 1343 utc; 702 poor DU talk; 792 EE folk music, 1350; 846 same folk 
music program; 1116 still weak level, 1355utc, usual 891 not doing well; 
1400 utc 1116 music into news, fading at 1402. 891 very poor, fading at 
1405. Het still barely heard 1430 utc.
1725 GA PNG very poor 1347 utc
1737 KUT PNG very poor 1347 utc
LWBC Radio Rossii better today, 5 freqs 1217  utc.
